That said, yeah, if you really want to be able to keep your followers around and keep this save, you'll probably have to try something.

Definitely don't do that, as you'll then have two active mods trying to do the same thing, which is a big no-no. It's generally okay to add mods mid-game (provided they're not the kind of thing that you obviously shouldn't do that with like Requiem) but if you've already got a multiple follower mod, you can't add another without either removing the existing one (very, very risky, I did it once and completely ballsed up my game, even with having very carefully followed AFT's uninstall procedure) or adding the new one on top of the old one. I can just take Vilja with me and leave all the others behind. I've checked that list of 91 loose pex files and I don't have any (99.99% sure)īut it all seems rather complicated for such a popular mod.Īnd so. well I was new to modding at the start and just used NMM and activated the mod. It tells me I should dismiss all of my followers first, type "show playercountfollowers", save then quit.Ģ:delete all mods affecting follower limit and mechanicsģ:Delete loose pex files from DATA/SCRIPTS. I've been to the Mod page for UFO and I've seen something that makes me think I didn't install UFO correctly at the start of the game. Well now Cerwiden has ceased to follow me too. call her up at the end of dungeon and we would go looting together. Vilja was also useful if I needed to transport lots of looted goods back to Breezehome. I would go out on adventures with Cerwiden and if the going got too tough. I could then use a command to call Vilja to me and she would follow me and the followers would follow her.

I have 2 mod followers (Vilja and Cerwiden) and I could tell my vanilla followers to follow Vilja. I think I've always had this problem with this mod.īut I always had a workaround I was comfortable with.
